A Chrome extension for club administrators and tournament directors to bulk-verify TTA membership status and Ratings Central tournament cut-offs directly from an Excel file.
TTA Membership & RC Checker
Table Tennis Australia requires every player to hold a current membership. Tournament divisions require players to stay within their rating cut-off. As a club admin or tournament director, both are your responsibility to verify and doing it manually across two platforms is where hours disappear.
Make sure every member holds a valid TTA membership. Run your full member list in one go, no tab-switching required.
Verify memberships and check every entrant against their divisional rating limit before draw day. Catch ineligible players before they compete, not after.
From spreadsheet to results in minutes.
No manual lookups, no administrative headache.
Select TTA Membership to verify active memberships or Rating Cut-off to check players against their divisional limits.
Upload your Excel or CSV file with your player list. The extension handles the rest automatically.
Get a clean file back with membership status or rating flags for every player - ready to act on.

Yes - it's a Chrome extension, so it works on any computer with Chrome installed.
Only for TTA Membership checks. The extension reads the TTA member finder page on your behalf, so you need to be logged into tabletennis.org.au before running that check. The Ratings Central cut-off check does not require a TTA login.
Excel (.xlsx or .xls) or CSV. Column requirements differ by mode:
The result will show "MULTIPLE MEMBERS FOUND". You can re-run those rows with their National Member ID filled in to get an exact match. This only applies to TTA Membership checks - RC checks use a unique RC ID so there's no ambiguity.
You set a cut-off date and the extension looks up each player's RC rating from the last event on or before that date. Any player whose rating exceeds their specified RC Cut Off is flagged. You can also enable the standard deviation option, which uses rating − deviation as a more conservative measure.
No. All lookups happen directly between your browser and the TTA or Ratings Central websites — no player data passes through our servers.
As many as your spreadsheet has. The extension checks them one at a time, so larger lists just take longer.
