Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TTA Membership Checker, provided by Hundred Acre Tech ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the extension, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
TTA Membership Checker is a Chrome extension that automates bulk verification of Table Tennis Australia (TTA) membership status. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Table Tennis Australia.
2. Licence & Access
- Upon completing a one-time payment of $25 AUD, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the extension.
- One licence is for one user. You may not share, resell, or redistribute your account credentials or the extension files.
- We reserve the right to revoke access for misuse or violation of these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the extension only for legitimate administrative purposes (e.g. verifying membership for your club or event). You must not:
- Scrape or harvest TTA member data in bulk for purposes other than your own administrative needs.
- Use the extension in a way that violates TTA's own terms of service or privacy policy.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the extension.
4. Payments & Refunds
- The purchase price is $25 AUD, charged once.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable once the licence has been activated and extension access has been granted.
- If you have a billing issue, contact us at steven@hundredacretech.com.
5. Availability & Updates
We aim to keep the extension working but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The extension relies on the TTA member-finder website — if TTA changes their website, the extension may stop working until we release an update. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The extension is provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy of membership data returned (which comes directly from the TTA website) or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hundred Acre Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension, including decisions made based on membership data it returns.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
