A Chrome extension for club administrators and tournament directors to bulk-verify TTA membership status directly from an Excel file.
TTA Checker
Table Tennis Australia mandates that all club members and tournament entrants hold a current TTA membership before they can play or compete. As a club admin or tournament director, it's your responsibility to verify compliance. Doing it manually, one name at a time, is no longer viable at scale.
Ensure every member on your club roster holds a valid TTA membership before the season starts. What used to take hours now takes minutes.
Validate your entire entrant list against TTA membership records before draw day. Catch non-members before they take the table.
Verifying club members and tournament registration lists has never been easier.
No more manual lookups, no more administrative headache.
Log in to your TTA account in Chrome to access the member portal.
Upload spreadsheet with First Name, Last Name and National Membership ID (optional).
Validates with TTA Membership Data based on inputted data.
Download your results with Membership Status and auto-filled National Membership ID for each player.
No subscriptions. No monthly fees. Just one price for life.

Yes - it's a Chrome extension, so it works on any computer with Chrome installed.
Yes. The extension reads the member finder page on your behalf, so you need to be logged into tabletennis.org.au before running a check.
Excel (.xlsx or .xls) or CSV. You need at minimum a First Name and Last Name column. A National Member ID column is optional but recommended since it's a unique identifier, it guarantees an exact match and avoids ambiguity with common names.
The result will show "MULTIPLE MEMBERS FOUND". You can re-run those rows with their National Member ID filled in to get an exact match.
No. All lookups happen directly between your browser and the TTA website - no player data passes through our servers.
As many as your spreadsheet has. The extension checks them one at a time, so larger lists just take longer.
